How to Request a Prescription Refill

Prescription refill requests are managed primarily through My CS-Link, the secure patient portal. This ensures accuracy, proper medical review, and timely processing.

Please review the instructions below to determine the correct way to submit your refill request.

If Your Medication Is Listed in My CS-Link

If the medication you need is listed on your active medication list in My CS-Link:

  1. Log in to My CS-Link
  2. Navigate to your Current Medications list
  3. Hover over the medication name
  4. Click “Request a renewal”

This is the fastest and preferred method for submitting a refill request.

If Your Medication Is NOT Listed or No Renewal Option Appears

If:

  • Your medication is not listed in My CS-Link, or
  • The medication is listed but does not show a “Request a renewal” option

Please choose one of the following options:

  • Submit a Patient Advice Request through My CS-Link
  • Call our office so staff can generate a refill request on your behalf

Our team will review the request and follow up as needed.

Refill Processing Time

Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for all prescription refill requests to be processed.

To avoid interruptions in your medication, we recommend submitting refill requests before you run out of medication.

Refill Requests by Email

You may also submit a refill request by email if needed.

Subject Line: Refill Request

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Medication name
  • Pharmacy name and location

Do not include urgent or emergency requests via email.

Important Notes

  • Refill requests are reviewed during regular office hours
  • Some medications may require a follow-up visit or lab work before approval
  • Controlled substances may have additional requirements
  • For urgent or emergency concerns, please call the office directly or dial 911
